A real little ship, built to tame the waves of Cape Hatteras.
This particular Hatteras 54 appears to have been well maintained and she benefits from a very special mooring with residential status, a direct water supply and superior electrical supply.
She is an ideal live aboard as you will see from the photographs. She would be a fantastic London Pad or equally grace any marina of your choice.

Hello there
I am the broker that has listed this vessel. She is on a mooring where she has been for the last 4 years at least. The previous and current owners have used her to live on. You need to call me on 07940583396 for a more in depth discussion. Kind regards Suzzanne

Dear/Madam,
I would be interested in knowing further details on this vessel's special mooring with residential permits. Has she been permanently berthed there for some time or used on a regular basis ie; cruised. I look forward to an early reply whilst in the meantime I remain,
yours faithfully,
Dr. John Howells.
