Are you looking for a boat that is priced at well under half her market value?
then this Mirage 28 could be what you are looking for.
Why is she priced so low?
Her elderly owner has had enough of boating and has decided to retire and at 75 you cant blame him.
She is a restoration project and priced accordingly, but money spent will add to her value, especially once the hull has been done.
Take note that the hull requires stripping back and re coating and she has been out of the water 2 years, so lots of items will need replacing or updating.
Before you travel to view be warned, She is in a scruffy condition, needing a good clean inside and out, and possibly lots of work to get her ship shape.
So dont view unless you want a full restoration project. if you do this could be the bargain you have been waiting for.
