Broker's Comments

Boatshed Lancashire are delighted to offer for sale this extremely well presented Moody 31. These really are superb boats – in fact nearly 300 were built (both MKI and MKII). Stepping aboard this lovely example on a beautiful sunny day it was hard to imagine that this boat was 30 years young. She looks great – a testimony to her current owner’s care and attention

Designed by Bill Dixon, the Mk I Moody 31 was built from late 1983 to the end of 1985, at which time it was superseded by the Mk II, which was virtually identical except for the addition of a sugar scoop stern. Production continued until 1991.
