Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this Dutch Barge. Built in 1907 this Dutch Barge is perfect as a liveaboard/houseboat and for someone needing accommodation for up to 4 people.
The current owners purchased the boat back in 2018 and since then she's had the benefit a complete interior refit and re-configuration, flooring, woodwork, electrics, insulation, plumbing, new kitchen, new heads, showers, everything has been updated and modernised.
The exterior is in need of a paint job but this is purely aesthetic and so this is reflected in the price.
The mooring is also available if required.
