Broker's Comments

Here we have an a very nicely presented Bayliner 2452 Cierra Classic sports cruiser.
She benefits from a new Boat Saftey Certificate that is valid to 2025 and has her broads toll paid to March 2022. Her current owner has recently had the engine serviced and all the fuel pipes replaced inline with current safety regulations
This is a very spacious boat for her length, benefiting from a teak-laid cockpit with cream leather bucket seats and rear seating under a very nice light tan canopy.
The boat has a spacious interior, offering a conventional V double forward and a convertible dinette to starboard. The heads compartment and galley are arranged to port.
The boat is in original bright white gel coat and looks very good for her age.

A rare added feature on a boat of this size is that she has a bow thruster to aid mooring and close-quarters manoeuvring.

She has benefited in recent years from extensive maintenance from her previous owners and this is reflected in her current condition. The current owner has just had all the fuel pipes replaced, full engine service and also had the outboard serviced which has hardly been used at all from new (perhapse 2 hours use only) This Suzuki 6hp four stroke outboard is included in the sale.

Some of the additional items detailed in recent works are -
Recent New canopy
Bow thruster
Teak flooring
Recent New batteries
Raymarine dragonfly chart plotter
Recent New helm seats
Recent New cockpit upholstery
New pulpit
New stereo and subwoofer
Recent New toilet.

The engine is showing very low hours . It starts and runs very well and quietly and appears to have been very well maintained.
Recent engine works include new manifolds and risers, distributor, starter-motor, alternator and belts - totalling £1800.
This boat has had no expense spared and it shows.

She could benefit from some minor tidying up in some as can be expected from a boat of this age. However, she represents astounding value for a small family that want a boat they can just go boating in, both on the inland waterways and at sea and have some fun!
Her mooring is also avaialble to the new owner in a very pretty marine near Norwich
