Broker's Comments

This tidy 38ft narrowboat is an affordable way for someone to get on the water in London.

Built in 1973, it is perfect for an individual to take her on and continuously cruise as the current owner has done. It has a Lister SR2 air cooled engine and is fitted with solar panels.

The open plan interior makes the most of the length of the boat. The heads has an elsan toilet and shower. Hot water comes from the gas boiler and there is a multifuel stove in the saloon.

The hull was last blacked in 2019 so is due to be redone and the BSS runs to October 2023. The current owner has recently added one additional solar panel, replacement switch for battery isolation, two new batteries, the engine area has been serviced and the inverter relocated inside boat.
