Broker's Comments

This lovely Broads Classic has undergone extensive refits over the years. In 2010 - 2011 all the work carried was out by Brooms of Brundall and included Planking,Webasto Heating, Sterling Battery management system, Immersion Heater, Wiring, Starter Motor and Alternator, fridge, Oven, and Hob, 13amp Sockets and Bilge pumps. during the summer of 2010 she had, New Electrics throughout, New Topsides, Hull Planking above and below waterline, New Chines and Rubbing Strakes and Windows. New Immersion Heater, New wood burner stove new batteries etc.
She has also undergone some very recent work since:- Sand and prime hull with 3 undercoats, 2 gloss coats and Anti-foul, New Aft Cabin Hood.

A stunning Classic River Cruiser or ideal live aboard in almost "as new"condition which has to be seen to be appreciated.
