Commentaires du Broker
This Broom Ocean 37 brings all of the quality and specification expected of a Broom boat into a Motor Cruiser capable of inland and offshore use alike.
The cockpit provides plenty of space, as does the large fore deck area, equally spacious as a sun deck. The interior is light benefitting from plenty of window space and storage throughout the boat. The open saloon contains a helming position and leads to the well equipped galley, with access to both forward and aft double cabins, with ensuite heads.
This version presents well and when I visited the boat and was listening to the boat's recent history, it is clear she is ready for a new owner's use and will provide a platform for cruising, or as a liveaboard. The current owners have listed some jobs that require completing, which has been reflected in the sale price.
If you would like any more details or to organise a personal viewing, then please do contact our office and we would be pleased to help.
