Broker's Comments

This is a wooden hulled Grand Banks style auxiliary powered gaffed-rigged sailing schooner that is a documented fishing vessel, 6-pack charter vessel and the only Tall Ship from the state of Alaska. She is full keeled with deep draft moderate beam, and classic bow and stern sections.

The vessel owners are experienced Alaska fishermen, boatbuilders, and long distance cruisers both inshore and offshore and they have a good annual maintenance program going, and the vessel’s condition reflects that.

While walking aboard this vessel I get the sense of quality craftsmanship, and old tall ship style. Every knob, door, cupboard, table, etc. feels solid and well made. As much character and overall regal look, this boat is meant to be used. Being used in the past as a charter, I can see taking a adventurous voyages to Alaska and beyond.
