Broker's Comments

Here we have a Hampton Classic, one of only a few made. She has been with the current owner for the last 10 years and has recently been re built from the hull up.

She represents very good value and is a nicely equipped little boat with charm. She has a good sized saloon to the front with helm station to port and a good sized well equipped galley to port. Her heads and shower compartment is midships to starboard and she has a good sized double cabin to the rear.

She appears to be very nicely presented, clean and tidy and her paintwork all looks very nice indeed. Her diesel motor starts and runs as it should and she has a new Boat Safety Certificate to August 2027, and her Broads toll is paid to March 24.

She was last serviced and antifouled in October/September 2022 respectively. She has diesel warm air heating and is a very pretty little boat

This is a lot of boat for the asking price and should be sure to please her new owner.

At viewing, the vendor advised she was 1980 so I mention this in the video. it has not been corrected that she is a 1978 boat.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
