Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 26ft Narrowboat with Limehouse residential mooring.

Recently refitted and the wheelhouse added, this cosy narrowboat would make an ideal pied-a-terre for someone but with the benefit of a residential mooring could be used full time.

The boat has a convertible seating area that makes up into the double bed, a small galley with gas cooker and a bathroom with heads and shower. The current owner has redecorated the interior to brighten up the whole space.

This is a very affordable option to get into the exclusive Limehouse marina and there is an option to change to a bigger boat up to 43ft.

Current mooring fees are £7,828 p.a. and there is a 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) for the mooring.
