Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to offer this very well maintained 57ft Narrowboat with Limehouse residential mooring.
A perfect liveaboard for an individual or couple that you can move straight onto. This boat is located in one of London's most desirable residential marinas which has a strong community spirit and excellent facilities and connections. The current owners have recently renovated the interior to modernise it and it is now a very stylish floating home.
Built in 1994 by well regarded TT Marine, and regularly upgraded, the boat has a traditional layout entering at the stern into the cabin that has good storage and a double bed. The bathroom has an electric heads and shower. The galley and living area is a good size with multi-fuel stove. The boat was last blacked in April 2021 and also had the topsides repainted at the same time.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 7.5% transfer fee and current mooring fees are £12,112 per annum if paid upfront. The marina has laundry, fibre broadband and the DLR station is 5 mins walk.
