A former survey vessel, this steel workboat may look like you'd expect from outboard however, when you step into the newly rebuilt wheelhouse you realise just how much has been done to increase her versatility.
What was once a traditional fishing boat style short wheelhouse has been completely rebuilt and extended to provide a comfortable seating area (which converts to a double berth), galley and heads/shower area. Forward there is a pod style cabin creating additional berths and seating.

This is a nice example of the popular Fisher ketch motorsailer. She is an original "Caribbean", but sometime in the past, a wheelhouse has been added.
Renowned for their seakeeping ability and good accommodation, with standing headroom throughout, she can comfortably sleep five people making them ideal for family cruising.
Whilst much of the boat has been upgraded in recent years (see details), she does need a little TLC to get her back to her high standard.

This converted lifeboat is simply a stunning piece of maritime history!
Recorded on the historic ships registry, she was built in and commissioned in1905 as a lifeboat for the RNLI. She was in service with the RNLI until 1932 and during her service she was officially recorded as having saved over 420 lives and unofficially, probably many more.
The current owner has spent many decades converting this amazing piece of history into a very nice, functional liveaboard which was the main residence up until recently when circumstances changed.
