Mainsail - 3DI Raw North, Approx 2 years light use excellent condition
J2 Carbon Ullman - Approx 2 years light use excellent condition.
Mainsail 1 - Dacron delivery mainsail, 3 reefs, Recent work done to make it fully battened.
Mainsail 2 - Racing mainsail. North carbon Laminate.
Gen# 2 - Kevlar. Around 120%.
Gen#2 - Dacron. Around 115%.
Gen#3 - Kevlar. overlapping headsail.
Gen#4 - Dacron. High cut foot.
Storm sail - Orange dacron.
Light Spinnaker - Symmetric. White.
Heavy Spinnaker - Symmetric. White.

This boat is MCA Cat 2 approved for 10 people in the day or 8 people overnight
Keel survey completed in 2022
In 2022 the following work was carried out -
Sea cocks & skin fittings throughout yacht replaced
Keel bolts, hull. Rudder etc inspected by surveyor (copy of report available)
Rudder dropped, bearings replaced and steering linkage replaced, bulk head
repaired
Boat has total rewire, all original wiring ripped out and replaced
Smoke detectors & Carbon monoxide alarms fitted
Whole boat cleaned and painted interior
New toilet and pipe work installed with anti siphon fitting
New woodwork throughout saloon, chart table turned around and replaced
New foam & cushion covers made and installed with splash proof durable fabric
Guard rails replaced
Spinnaker hammock fitted
New jack stays made and fitted
New Nappy sack made and fitted
New kicker
Winches removed and serviced
Repairs carried out to deck (minor surface marking & general maintenance)
New gas cooker fitted, new gas pipe work (in date and checked annually since)
Wheel repaired and wheel support strut (manufactured and due to be fitted)
Rear escape hatch (Lewmar) replaced and reset in deck after reinforcing GRP
New grab teak rails fitted interior and exterior
Life raft cradle built and fitted
Anti foul and polish carried our annually - last ashore in April 2024

The Reflex 38 was conceived as a one-design offshore race boat and commissioned by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston for the race training and corporate hospitality arm of Clipper Ventures.
This one is currently run as a commercial venture and is coded Cat 2.
The sale could include

The present owners undertook a huge restoration project and lots of work has been done in the last 2 years including new standing rigging, rebuilt inside, new electronics and a full rewire.
