Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 70ft Wide Beam for sale with London residential mooring at Limehouse Basin, East London.
This is a 70ft x 9ft boat and has plenty of space on board for a couple or individual to make this a fantastic floating home with one of the best moorings in the marina. Originally built in 2005, there is lots of storage as you would expect on a 70ft boat. The cabin at the bow has room for a full sized, free standing double bed.
The open plan galley and living area is light and bright and has a multifuel stove. The boat is also fitted with diesel powered central heating. There is room for a desk or dining table as well as a sofa bed for guests.
The boat was last blacked in September 2020 and has recently been completely repainted externally.
The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 7.5% transfer fee (of the sale price). The mooring on 'F Pontoon' has great views. Current mooring fees are £17,178 per annum.
