This lovely Etap 28 was designed by Van de Stadt, so you can rest assured that she will have excellent sailing performance coupled with a very stable hull.
She is currently ashore and the owner has yet to anti-foul her so she is ideal for anyone who wishes to survey her below the waterline. She has wide side decks and they are uncluttered. Do not be put of by the apparent marks on the coachroof. There are trees in the yard and it will clean up well.

The portside settee providing the 5th berth. The galley is simple but functional making this yacht ideal for the single handed sailor and his/her family. She is clean and tidy and pong-free inside. She has no gas because the current owner elected to install an Origio 3000 spirit burner.

This lovely Etap 28 sailing yacht has fine lines as you would expect from any boat designed by Van de Stadt. She is a very stable vessel with good performance too. She has as practical layout and feel to her, complimented by a good sized self draining cockpit. There was a bit of water in the cockpit when I took the photographs and that is because the yard need to chock her up a bit more at the stern. This yacht is suitable for new and experienced sailors and their families. A good all round package with a great pedigree.
