The Seadog 30 was first marketed in 1966 as “a completely new conception of the motorsailer type”. Designer and builder Reg Freeman claimed that she was capable of extended cruising under sail alone, but also had the performance of a good displacement motorboat under power. Such claims always need to be taken with a pinch of salt, but Freeman certainly succeeded in producing a vessel that looks and sails like a yacht, but that has a fair-sized engine and some of the security and snugness associated with motorboats.

These boat details are subject to contract.
The Seadog 30 may be an unusual design from the 1960s, but with plenty of examples still on the water and an active owners’ association, this is a comfortable cruiser that is still going strong.this example is in need of a clean up but comes well equipped & with a liitle love she will be on top form again.
